Terry Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and is licensed by the TCEQ in the following:

- Water Treatment Operator B
- Wastewater Treatment Operator B
- Customer Service Inspector (CSI)
- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester
- Landscape Irrigator
Terry's engineering background and work experience allows him to develop strategies for addressing difficult installation issues and provide cost-saving solutions.
